- 接受诊疗的权利
患者有权为保护和增进自身健康而接受适当的保健医疗服务;患者的健康权利不应因性别、年龄、宗教、身份及经济状况等原因而受到侵害;医疗人员无正当理由不得拒绝诊疗。
- Right to Receive Medical Care
A patient has the right to receive appropriate health and medical services to protect and promote their health, and shall not have their health-related rights infringed on grounds such as sex, age, religion, social status, or economic circumstances; medical personnel may not refuse treatment without justifiable cause.
- 知情权及自我决定权
患者有权从主治医生、护士等处就疾病状况、治疗方法、副作用等预期结果及诊疗费用听取充分的说明,并可进行详细咨询,同时拥有决定是否同意接受治疗的权利。
- Right to Know & Self-Determination
A patient may receive sufficient explanation from, and ask detailed questions of, the attending physician, nurse, etc. regarding their disease status, treatment methods, whether they are subject to medical research or organ transplantation, expected outcomes including side effects, and medical costs, and has the right to decide whether to consent.
- 享有秘密受保护的权利
患者与诊疗相关的身体、健康秘密及个人隐私不应受到侵害;医疗人员及医疗机构除获得患者同意或因犯罪侦查等法律规定情形外,不得泄露或公布患者秘密。
- Right to Confidentiality
A patient's physical, health-related, and personal privacy connected with treatment shall not be infringed; medical personnel and institutions may not disclose such information except with the patient's consent or where required by law, such as for a criminal investigation.
- 申请咨询与调解的权利
若发生医疗服务相关纠纷,患者有权向韩国医疗纠纷调解仲裁院等机构申请咨询及调解。
- Right to Request Counseling & Mediation
If a dispute related to medical services arises, a patient may apply for counseling and mediation to the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency, among others.
- 对医疗人员的信任与尊重的义务
患者应向医疗人员准确告知与自身健康相关的信息,并信任和尊重医疗人员的治疗计划。
- Duty to Trust & Respect Medical Personnel
A patient shall accurately inform medical personnel of their health-related information and shall trust and respect the treatment plan provided by the medical personnel.
- 不以不正当手段接受诊疗的义务
患者在诊疗前必须表明身份,不得通过借用他人名义或其他虚假、不正当手段接受诊疗。
- Duty Not to Receive Care by Improper Means
A patient shall reveal their identity before treatment and shall not receive medical care by false or improper means, such as using another person's name.
